Raw Materials Procurement
1. Raw materials are purchased from the best quality manufacturers
of the industry.
2. The vendors are selected after evaluation and continuous assessment
at our end.
3. Testing team tests each and every consignment of raw materials
at our place as per ‘HARSH’
and ISI standards and pass on to the production
department after getting full satisfaction.
ON Line Testing and Controlling System
1. ‘HARSH’ is equipped
with latest computerized machineries having facility of testing
and controlling system during the manufacturing
stage.
2. Marking on PVC wire is done by computerized machines with No.
of meters on every length. (1 to 100 Meters
are printed on every coil).
Final Testing of Finished Goods
1. Each and every batch of final production has to pass rigorous
testing process.
2. After testing finished goods, if found O.K. then it is passed
on to the packing department for dispatch process.
